How to level up for Pirates

This new thread is going to be working. you will post IC events in this thread to show that you think you deserve to be recognized for a higher rank. This is for pirates that are belonging to a Crew, also I am adding a twist to this. To increase your chance of ranking up, you can show your village leader's/Captain's recommendation to acknowledge you for a higher standing.
