Manga Area Rules Read Before anything

Well come on down and talk about the issues posted maybe give predictions of what is going to happens. You may all so discuss the manga issue. Come Down and enjoy this area,But be warned i don't want shit like "This is like naruto or Luffy is not going to be king of the pirates ". There is a reason why we made a Random section.
